In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for administrative tasks for Boudry GDD organization. You will play a role in the administrative support for the manager, team, and stakeholders.

**SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in French and** solid knowledge in English**:

- Innovative and hands-on
- Solution oriented attitude
- Interest for IT systems (conferencing systems, information sharing platforms, instant communication, mobile devices, etc.)
- Reliable and detailed oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player
- Organization, client service oriented and communication skills are required.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Act as a contact person for GDD organization on requests, needs, and questions.
- Make travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, ensure compliance to T&E policy
- Supports the Senior Administrative Assistant on demand, in organizing events and meetings
- At ease as Back up
- New Hires - Onboarding organization at Boudry site
- Provide support with administrative IT systems (Teams, Share Point, Microsoft Office...)
- At ease with Procure to Pay process: raise Purchase Orders in Oracle, follow up approval, liaise with Finance, Accounts Payable for invoice payment (Basware).
- Management of office material: orders, suppliers contact, invoice follow-up and tracking.
- Prepare presentations
- Participate of small projects that may appear
- Manage Calendar, Outlook invitations, book meeting rooms
- Liaise orders with the restaurant
- INTL shipping & Cross-border Services (DHL)
