Ihre Aufgaben

Übernahme der Schulungsverantwortung für das Pilatus Schulungsmanagement mit Schwerpunkt auf dem Aufbau eines Pilatus "Training Competence Centers"Koordination sämtlicher Aktivitäten und Vorhaben im Bereich Training & Schulung in enger Abstimmung mit den beteiligten StakeholdernGewährleistung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben und Nachweispflichten in Zusammenarbeit mit den FachbereichenLeitung und Unterstützung von Projekten im Bereich Training & SchulungDurchführung und Überwachung wiederkehrender, administrativer Aufgaben im Daily Business des SchulungsmanagementsBegleitung und Unterstützung von Behördenaudits im Schulungsbereich

Damit überzeugen Sie uns

Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder höher) in einem relevanten Bereich wie Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Pädagogik oder verwandten FachgebietenUmfassende Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement und SchulungsmanagementExpertise in den EASA-Vorschriften, wie Part-21, Part-66, Part-147 & Part-145Erfahrungen in der Lernforschung und der Anwendung von neuen Technologien (VR etc.)Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen, und Erfahrung mit CAQ-Software von VorteilSehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
