Als Head of Finance übernimmst du die fachliche und personelle Leitung unseres Finanz- und Accounting Teams. In dieser Rolle rapportierst du direkt an unseren CFO. Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören die Umsetzung der medienspezifischen Dienstleistungen in der Finanzbuchhaltung, das Bereitstellen verlässlicher Daten für das Reporting an das Management sowie die rollende Liquiditätsplanung der gesamten Unternehmung. In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Accounting-Team bist du verantwortlich für die Abwicklung der Monatsabschlüsse sowie des Jahresabschlusses. Auch Themen wie Internationalisierung, Unternehmensgründung und Holdingstrukturen sind dir vertraut. Durch kontinuierliche Analyse und Verbesserung unserer administrativen Prozesse steigerst du Effizienz und Genauigkeit. Du agierst als primäre Ansprechperson für externe Stakeholder wie Banken, Versicherungen, Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit.

- hast fundierte mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzleitung, idealerweise in einem dynamischen, Dienstleistungs-und projektorientierten Umfeld
- verfügst über einen Audit- und/oder Accounting Background
- bringst ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein starkes Zahlenverständnis mit
- kennst alle relevanten gesetzlichen Anforderungen und bist sehr hands-on
- besitzt empathische Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten, um dein Team zu motivieren und erfolgreich zu leiten
- hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift) und verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft - Fachrichtung Rechnungswesen oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich
