Nous sommes à la recherche pour notre agence Europcar de Crissier , d’un(e) : Front Desk Agent (f/m) 100% Mission du poste: Rattaché(e) au responsable d’agence, ta tâche première est de fournir des prestations de qualité contribuant à la satisfaction de nos clients.
A ce titre, tu as pour mission de :
- Conseiller et orienter nos clients
- Etablir des réservations et contrats de location ainsi que la facturation finale
- Gérer la remise et réception des véhicules
- Gérer et organiser la flotte par rapport aux réservations
- Divers travaux administratifs
- Soutenir les collègues au lavage de véhicules lorsque nécessaire
- Parles et écris couramment le français
- As le niveau B1 en Anglais et éventuellement autres langues
- Es au bénéfice d’un permis de conduire de catégorie B
- Une formation initiale rémunérée et un support permanent
- Un environnement de travail dynamique
- Possibilité d’évolution au sein de l’entreprise
