Job Summary:

The Shift Leader is a key member of the Burger King team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant during their shift. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of the team, maintaining high standards of customer service, and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and good service within a reasonable time.
    • Control the fluidity of taking orders and the speed of service.
    • Ensure the best loyalty of customers and lead corrective actions in response to customer comments.
  • Operational Management:
    • Manage the daily life of the entire restaurant in compliance with Burger King standards.
    • Participate in and ensure the application of the restaurant opening and closing procedures.
    • Guarantee the correct application of quality indicators and implement corrective actions if necessary.
    • Enforce Burger King health and safety standards.
    • Ensure the proper use and proper functioning of the restaurant equipment.
    • Participate in the management of the supply of raw materials and orders of maintenance products, manage the monitoring of stocks of goods.
  • Team Management:
    • Actively participate in workforce management: assist the Store Manager in the recruitment of employees, their integration, and their training.
    • Draw up the schedules, established in line with the restaurant's productivity forecasts and activity flows.
    • Play the role of animator. Lead pre-rush briefings and end-of-service debriefings.
    • Guarantee a good team spirit by motivating collaborators and punishing them if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Required conditions: BAC obtained (or equivalent) / BAC +2
