• Contribute to the daily operations of the workshop,
• Perform troubleshooting and repair tasks,
• Collaborate with the GM to optimize repair solutions, costs, and time,
• Execute necessary tasks to maintain equipment in optimal working condition and ensure safety standards are met,
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards,
• Regularly report to the GM,
• Weekend on-call duties may be required, and a residence within 30 kilometers of Crissier is preferred.

• Equivalent to a Certificate of Proficiency in Mechanics,
• Excellent knowledge of heavy equipment, particularly road pavers and spreaders,
• Understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and automation systems,
• Training in safety and regulations,
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills,
• Curious and proactive mindset,
• Precise and meticulous approach.
