Mechanic Specialist

• Contribute to the daily operations of the workshop,
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs,
• Identify and implement the most cost-effective and efficient repair solutions in collaboration with the GM Responsible,
• Carry out necessary tasks to maintain equipment in optimal working condition and ensure safety standards are met,
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards,
• Regularly report to the GM Responsible,
• Weekend on-call duties may be required, and your residence should be within a 30-kilometer radius of Crissier.

• Equivalent to a Certificate of Proficiency in Mechanics (CFC) or higher,
• Excellent knowledge of heavy equipment, particularly pavers and spreaders,
• Understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and automation systems,
• Training in safety and regulations,
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills,
• Curious and proactive mindset with a focus on finding solutions and improvements,
• Attention to detail and precision.
