QCAT Senior Scientist – Microbiology (m/w/x) / R-227932

(Vollzeit / unbefristet / Tarif)

Aufgaben

Planung und Durchführung von Projekten und Studien zur Implementierung neuer mikrobiologischer Methoden, innovativer Technologien und Verbesserung bestehender Methoden wie unter anderem Sterilitätstestungen, Keimzahlbestimmungen, mikrobielle Identifizierung und Wirksamkeitsstudien von Desinfektionsmitteln Identifizierung und Bewertung neuer Technologien als etablierter Fachexperte auf seinem Gebiet Leitung der Entwicklung, Qualifizierung, Validierung und Transfer von analytischen mikrobiologischen Methoden zwischen R&D, QC oder externen Laboren Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung von Abweichungsuntersuchungen, auffälligen Testergebnissen oder Schwachstellen von Methoden als Fachexperte Erstellung von Projektplänen inklusive Abschätzung von Aufwand, Material, Zeit und Kosten für die identifizierten Arbeitspakete Koordination und Durchführung von lokalen und globalen Projekten und Projektteilaufgaben mit mittlerer bis hoher Komplexität (Deutsch/Englisch) unter Einhaltung der vereinbarten Projektmeilensteine Sicherstellen, dass Zeiten und Aufwände für Projektaktivitäten korrekt dokumentiert und berichtet werden Erstellen von Fortschrittsberichten zu Projektstatus und -kosten für die Auftraggeber und die lokale QCAT-Leitung Mitarbeit bei behördlichen Einreichungen und Anfragen (z.B. zu Methodenvalidierungen) als Fachexperte Vorbereitung, Mitwirkung und Nachbereitung von nationalen und internationalen Inspektionen als Fachexperte Erstellen, Prüfen und Überarbeiten von Dokumenten (z.B. SOPs, Prüfanweisungen, Studienplänen und -berichten und begleitender Dokumentation) im Rahmen von Studien und Untersuchungen Prüfung und Validierung von Daten und Berichten im Rahmen von QCAT-Aktivitäten Zusammenstellung und Interpretation von Testergebnissen. Kommunikation der Ergebnisse in Form eines Berichts oder einer Präsentation Fachliche Anleitung von lokalen und globalen Kollegen in spezifischen Projekten sowie bei technischen und wissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen Schulung von Mitarbeitern in analytischen Methoden der QC Problemlösungsfähigkeit in Bezug auf unterschiedliche Szenarien in GMP-Umgebungen

Qualifikationen

i.d.R. abgeschlossenes Studium zum Bachelor of Science, z.B. Biowissenschaften oder Mikrobiologie Spezialkenntnisse in verschiedenen Analysemethoden als auch in der Validierung, insbesondere mikrobiologische GMP-Analysen und Methodenvalidierung Erfahrung in Projektarbeit Englisch Level 2 4-5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung
