**Stellenbeschreibung**
Als Hematology/Immunology Research Scientist (m/w/d) liegt Ihr Hauptaugenmerk auf der Durchführung von präklinischen und translationalen Studien für F&E-Kandidatenmoleküle. Außerdem tragen Sie zur Entwicklung von Biomarker-Strategien bei, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der Protein
- und mRNA-Ebene liegt. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört es, die Gruppe Translationale Forschung weltweit zu vertreten und die Übereinstimmung mit den Projektzielen sicherzustellen. Sie beteiligen sich an der Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Standorten und externen Partnern. Ein weiterer wesentlicher Aspekt ist die Erstellung von Publikationen und technischen Dokumenten mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf Translations
- und Sicherheitsaspekten.
**Verantwortungen**
- Durchführung von präklinischen und translationalen Studien für F&E-Kandidatenmoleküle.
- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Biomarker-Strategien auf der Protein
- und mRNA-Ebene.
- Vertretung der Gruppe Translationale Forschung weltweit in verschiedenen Projekten.
- Vorbereitung von Publikationen und technischen Dokumenten für Marketing-, Zulassungs
- und Partnerschaftsaktivitäten mit Schwerpunkt auf translationalen und Sicherheitsaspekten.
- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen CSL-Standorten und externen Partnern.
- Effektive Kommunikation der translationalen Forschungsaktivitäten innerhalb der Forschung in Bern/Schweiz an das Senior Management.
**Profil**
- PhD oder gleichwertiger Abschluss im Bereich der Hämatologie oder Immunologie.
- Zwischen 2 bis 5 Jahren Arbeitserfahrung im Bereich der Hämatologie, translationaler Forschung, Zell-/Molekularbiologie oder Immunologie.
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Assays und Labortechniken, einschließlich ELISA, Durchflusszytometrie, Multiplex-Plattformen, RNA-Sequenzierung und Datenverarbeitung.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache, fließend in Englisch.

- Vertrag: Befristet mit Chance auf Verlängerung; Anstellung via Oxford Global Resources;
- Gehalt: Zwischen 10.000CHF und 12.000CHF pro Monat
