INTRODUCTION:
FOR OUR CLIENT, A SWISS PRIVATE BANK, WE ARE LOOKING FOR ASENIOR CENTRAL FILE OFFICERPOSITION BASED IN GENEVA

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION:
  • Track and manage client files from initial setup to verification, coding, archiving, and, as needed, relaunching, covering the entire lifecycle
  • Ensure diligently that all account openings and related processes comply with both internal policies and external regulatory requirements
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve any issues or risks associated with account openings and client files promptly
  • Seek continuously ways to improve and streamline the account opening processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Document accurately all processes and exceptions, maintaining comprehensive records for auditing and review purposes


REQUIRED PROFILE:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking sector
  • Thorough knowledge of the regulatory landscape affecting private banking, particularly in relation to account management and compliance
  • Ability to work independently, to take informed decisions and determine own priorities
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Swiss domiciliation required
