Job description

La mission de la Direction de la Performance est d’améliorer durablement les résultats de l’entreprise. Cela se traduit par l’identification d’opportunités pour optimiser les processus, les systèmes et les ressources afin d'augmenter la productivité, la qualité et les profits. Cela peut inclure l’audit des pratiques existantes, la mise en œuvre de programmes de formation pour les employés, la mise en place de nouvelles technologies, la recherche d'opportunités d'efficacité. La direction de la performance travaille en collaboration avec d’autres départements afin de mettre en œuvre les initiatives qui optimisent les performances de l’entreprise dans son ensemble. Ce department 100% independent est directement rataché à l’Executive Management et a pour principaux challenges :

• L’Identification de tous les leviers de performance groupe par la conduite d’Audits.

• Le Challenge & l’amélioration/correction des process afin de garantir une performance durable

• L’optimisation des ressources et de la rentabilité du Groupe

En temps que Group Performance Officer, vos principales responsabilités seront :

  • L’identification des leviers d’améliorations de la performance des activités Business et Corporate notamment autour des problématiques : tarifications, rentabilité, productivité et BFR.
  • L’analyse des données et états financiers groupe afin d’évaluer la performance
  • La conduite d’audits de processus afin d’identifier tout gain potentiel de productivité
  • La définition des outils de mesure et indicateurs de suivi de la performance
  • La participation à l’élaboration des plans d’actions associés en collaboration avec les différents départements
  • L’accompagnement des équipes opérationnelles dans l’analyse de leur performance et projets
  • La définition en collaboration avec les filiales conernées, des processus et actions correctives à mener La création, le développement et l’amélioration des reportings utilisés pour les analyses de performance, en lien avec le service financier

Profile Requireme nt

  • You are currently starting or finishing a master degree in Engineering or in Finance/Accounting from a Business school
  • Meticulous, reliable, reactive, autonomous, and having a good capacity to work and communicate in teams
  • A good ability to use the computer tools (Excel) is necessary, a first approach to process automation would be an asset
  • Fluency in English and French. Another foreign language would be a plus
  • Mastery of generative AI (ex: ChatGPT) is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity
