Your role in the Team:

Compliance day to day support to the first line of defence and to various departments of the Bank Advice the Account Opening team in the account opening process and in the clients review. Participate in the account opening of high risk and PEP clients. Monitoring of daily and high risk transactions and monitoring of various compliance controls Preparation of compliance training for all employees Drafting and review of internals policies and procedures Preparation and follow up of internal and externals audits Review and analysis of the clients complaints Assist in the monthly, quarterly and annual compliance reporting Administrative tasks

What you’ll need for this role

- years of relevant experience in the Swiss Financial markets is mandatory Demonstrable experience in developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with peers and senior management Diploma attesting to relevant training for the function University degree in law would be a plus Compliance qualification such as CAS holder would be an advantage Good knowledge of Swiss Banking regulations Fluent in English German, French or Italian language as a plus Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Sound understanding of the risks that the business is exposed to and the impact of external events and internal changes on those risks Open individual who communicates effectively at all levels and is capable of challenging the business Team player with a strong ability to work independently A strong sense of ethics and business responsibility; demonstrating ‘substance’, honesty, transparency and integrity An eye for detail and excellent analytical and writing skills
