Responsabilités

  • Onboarding des prospects et des nouvelles relations d’affaires (clientèle privée, commerciale et institutionnelle).
  • Revues périodiques des relations d’affaires et mises à jour des dossiers (KYC), notamment pour les clients PEP et à haut risque.
  • Suivi quotidien des transactions de la clientèle (LBA), pré-trade et post-trade.
  • Suivi quotidien des alertes de surveillance relatives aux sanctions et embargos (OFAC, UE, SECO, ONU, etc.) en lien avec les individus,
  • les transactions et les produits financiers.
  • Suivi des comptes dormants.
  • Suivi et contrôle des activités cross-border.
  • Répondre aux banques tierces sur des transactions spécifiques (investigations).
  • Préparer les KYC, les questionnaires Wolfsberg, etc., pour les banques contreparties.
  • Préparation des dossiers lors d’échanges avec les autorités en Suisse ou dans le cadre de procédures légales.
  • Suivi et préparation des reportings (QI/FATCA – AEOI).
  • Surveillance LSFin et règles de conduite du marché.
  • Support relatif aux aspects légaux et réglementaires pour les équipes du Front, des Opérations et du Fichier central.
  • Veille réglementaire et mises à jour de la documentation interne (directives et procédures).
  • Mise en place et mise à jour des processus et des outils de contrôle dans le respect des règles en vigueur.
  • Organisation des formations internes relatives aux aspects CDB, LBA, Sanctions/Embargo, Cross-border.
  • Reporting et statistiques (KRI) pour les instances dirigeantes.
  • Relations avec les auditeurs internes et externes.

Profil recherché

  • Excellente connaissance des pratiques réglementaires suisses et étrangères (UE, US notamment).
  • Expérience significative et transversale en tant que Compliance Officer.
  • Bonne connaissance du secteur bancaire en Suisse.
  • Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais.
  • Bonne résistance au stress.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
  • Résidence en Suisse.
