Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Root, Switzerland. This part-time role involves confirming and printing customer orders and providing support to our customers. The ideal candidate will work approximately 3-4 hours per day. No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer support. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to help others, we encourage you to apply and grow with us


Requirements

- Fluency in English and basic German, or fluency in German and basic English
- Experience in customer support or service is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with design or printing software is advantageous
- Proficient with standard office software
