TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death.

Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel.

Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer and other types of solid cancers.

To support our team in Root, Switzerland we are looking for a

**Intake Coordinator

In this role as an intake coordinator you play an integral role in supporting patients in Switzerland and the EMEA.

You will be responsible for the coordination of all administrative activities related to receive renewal prescriptions. You will provide exceptional customer support on behalf of Revenue Operations.

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities related to patient, such as receiving renewals, ensuring administrative documents are in place, coordinating between departments, referring patients to healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with key team members within the department on a daily basis to understand the needs and urgency surrounding requests for deliverables
  • Capacity to answer all incoming calls.
  • Ensure consistency across customerfacing functions
  • Ability to review accounts, understand current status, and communicate account needs clearly
  • Accurately log communications and handoffs in systems
  • Ensure activities comply with the applicable Novocure Quality System requirements
  • Work on any projects assigned to the team as necessary

Your profile:

  • Experience working in a medical device, DME company, or patient support environment
  • Knowledge of the local healthcare system preferred
  • Familiarity with the medical and oncology regulatory environments preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, specific to oncology preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English And French
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and meeting and exceeding expectations
  • Strong attention to detail and structured work style
  • Effectively work in a team environment
  • Effectiveness in deescalating and resolving difficult situations
  • Selfmotivation and willingness to make a difference in lives of cancer patients
