Your tasks
Intellectual and operational responsibility for microbiology area during clinical phase development of antifungals or antibacterials Collaboration with translational development to support strategy, design, analysis and interpretation of translational studies. Clinical microbiology for clinical Phase 2 and Phase 3 trial studies Development of diagnostic susceptibility testing assays Microbiology sections in regulatory submissions, communication and interactions with health authority Non-clinical Surveillance and management of investigator-initiated studies Subject matter expertise to Commercial organization, Medical Affairs and our Commercial/License partners as required Microbiology Subject Matter Expert at AdBoards, Congress, Investigator Meetings etc Manuscript and Congress submission, writing, review and presentation
Your profile
Advanced academic degree PhD or MD is required Significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge in drug development, preferably in Phase 2 or Phase 3 Solid experience in developing antifungals and/or antibacterials Experience with Health Authorities/EUCAST/CLSI Ability to independently contribute to overall project goals and timelines Highly motivated team player, proactive with ability to plan strategically, to oversee multiple tasks and attention to detail Excellent communication skills at different levels, internally, externally, cross-functionally and in highly collaborative matrix environment Fluent in written and spoken English
