Sales Engineer - Eastern Switzerland Region (100%) - SCHAKO (Schweiz) AG

Location: Badenerstrasse 808, 8048 Zürich, Switzerland
Type: Permanent contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and advise existing clients.
  • Identify client needs and develop solutions.
  • Successfully conclude projects to sales completion.
  • Provide technical assistance and cost estimation in close collaboration with the internal sales team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum VET education level.
  • 5 years of experience in sales/negotiation.
  • Knowledge and skills in ventilation/air treatment/building automation.
  • Fluent in Swiss-German; German-speaking candidates are acceptable.
  • Availability for business travel.

Ideal Profile:

  • Completed technical apprenticeship in building technology.
  • Strong track record of sales success in the construction industry.
  • Very good knowledge in the MSRL sector.
  • Communication skills in German; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Punctual, reliable, and stress-resistant.
  • Organizational skills, teamwork, and communication abilities.
  • High autonomy and structured approach.
  • Availability for travel.

  • Only candidates with an EU/EFTA passport can obtain a Swiss work permit.
