Aufgaben
  • Business Development: Du unterstützt die Identifizierung und Umsetzung von neuen Projekten und Wachstumschancen.
  • Market Research & Expansion: Du führst Marktanalysen durch und hilfst bei der Identifizierung von Expansionsmöglichkeiten.
  • Allrounder: Du bist ein Multitalent und unterstützt verschiedene Abteilungen, von der Produktion über HR bis zur Eventplanung und -durchführung.
  • Financial Reporting: In dieser Rolle bist du für die Erstellung und kontinuierliche Überwachung von Finanzberichten verantwortlich, darunter Budgets, Cashflow und Prognosen.
  • Sales Reporting: Du analysierst unsere Verkaufsdaten im Gastronomiesektor und identifizierst Chancen zur Umsatzsteigerung.
  • Sales Support: Du unterstützt das Sales-Team und hilfst den Umsatz nachhaltig zu steigern
  • Präsentationen: Du unterstützt in der Erstellung von Präsentationen für verschiedene Stakeholders.
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft oder verwandten Bereichen
  • Erfahrung im Finanzwesen und Reportings
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine Affinität zu Zahlen.
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Kreativität mit einer Denkweise die über den Tellerrand hinausgeht
