Erste Anlaufstelle für Vertriebspartner und deren Anliegen Prüfung und Erstellung von Offerten für Vertriebspartner und Kunden Mandatspflege Initiieren und Gestalten von Rückgewinnungsmassnahmen bei Vertriebspartnern sowie Endkunden Steigerung der Wiederanlagequote durch gezieltes Abgangsmanagement bei Vertriebspartnern sowie Endkunden Unterstützung und Beratung von Kunden am Hauptsitz Entlastung der Account Manager Broker und Vorsorgeberater in der Administration Sicherstellung eines optimalen Schnittstellenmanagements durch eine aktive, transparente Kommunikation zu internen Kunden Selbstständige Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen für Probleme, die innerhalb und/oder ausserhalb der Organisation erkannt werden und Sicherstellung deren Umsetzung Laufende Optimierung von Dokumenten, Prozessen und Systemen Mitarbeit in Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vorteilhaft kaufmännische Lehre, wenn möglich in der Assekuranz Weiterbildung zur Versicherungsvermittlerin resp. Versicherungsvermittler VBV wünschenswert Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der Privaten Vorsorge Hohe Kundenorientierung und Freude an der Vertriebsunterstützung unserer Produkte Dienstleisterin resp.
