Role Overview:

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll collaborate with clients to enhance their sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include analyzing sales performance, addressing questions on campaigns and budgets, and crafting effective sales tactics to help clients achieve their goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Expertise: Provide expert advice on sales strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to better understand their goals.
  • Sales Planning: Translate client objectives into effective sales plans.
  • Performance Analytics: Review sales data to fine-tune tactics and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify market trends and challenges to create impactful sales initiatives.
  • Reporting: Monitor critical metrics such as sales targets, client satisfaction, and success rates. 

Requirements: 

  • Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level)
  • EU citizenship or Greek residency card
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Passionate about sales and client relationships
  • Driven to learn and grow in the industry
