This role is a replacement for a long-serving IT team member who contributed over 22 years of outstanding support.
Position:
IT Desk Support (Level II)
Join a collaborative team of IT support professionals, with two based locally and six more in an international office. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer service and technical troubleshooting for VIPs users. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining office systems and technology, while ensuring smooth and proactive communication with end-users.
Technical environment:
- 100% MS Office : Active Directory, SCCM, Windows, M365, Outlook, etc. + a little bit of WebEx (but less and less)
- Workspace One UEM (IOS & Android)
- Network (analysis, patch, optical fiber, diagram, troubleshoot)
- System (analysis, administration, troubleshoot)
- Ticketing and documentation: ServiceNow
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot office systems and technologies.
- Work closely with fellow support team members to develop a deep understanding of company technologies and workflows.
- Manage and resolve both simple and complex technical issues with 600+ users (mostly VIPs), ensuring timely resolutions and documenting all actions in the incident management system.
- Handle asset management and hardware/software lifecycle processes, ensuring timely delivery and setup.
- Participate in the integration and evaluation of new technologies to improve system efficiency.
- Collaborate with the global IT support team and contribute to ongoing service improvement projects.
Profile:
We are seeking a mature and dynamic individual, with solid experience in IT Desk Support. The ideal candidate is resourceful, curious, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential. This position is suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to an international team.
- Experience to service VIP
- 4-5 years experience - currently at Level 2
- English (C1/C2)
