- CDD 6 mois /h3 h3Job description /h3 ul liManage the full lifecycle of complex Lombard lending transactions in close collaboration with Front Office teams /li liAssess and structure bespoke credit facilities, preparing recommendations for the relevant approval committees /li liMonitor collateral coverage, Loan-to-Value ratios and margin requirements, particularly for leveraged and derivative-backed financing /li liReview and manage high-risk credit exposures while ensuring compliance with internal risk policies /li liValidate loan drawdowns, cash movements and securities transfers related to credit facilities /li liPerform operational credit activities, including data maintenance, reconciliations and documentation follow-up /li liSupport the processing of credit card applications, bank guarantees and other credit-related requests /li liAct as a key business partner to Relationship Managers by providing expertise on credit structuring, exception handling and collateral management /li liWork closely with Credit, Trading and Asset Management teams to ensure efficient execution of transactions /li liContribute to process improvements and help strengthen the overall credit risk framework /li liPrepare management reports, KPIs and dashboards to support internal monitoring and decision-making /li /ul h3Required profile /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in Lombard lending and complex credit management within a private banking environment /li liSolid expertise in derivatives, OTC products and structured credit transactions /li liStrong understanding of financial markets, investment products and credit risk management /li liExperience assessing collateral and monitoring leveraged financing structures /li liExcellent analytical, communication and presentation skills /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel /li liAbility to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders /li liProactive, solution-oriented and detail-oriented mindset /li liFluent in French and English, both written and spoken /li /ul pAll files will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. /p /p
