Application Portfolio Manager

h3About the Job /h3pIn the Tribe Central Functions, we hold local accountability for an extensive application portfolio of third-party providers, including global group applications, on which our business units rely heavily. For our newly created domain «Third-Party/Group Solutions», we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurially minded personality to lead, coordinate and further develop this portfolio. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for local business leads, orchestrate change initiatives across group entities, suppliers and business units, and support the Tribe Lead in strategic portfolio management
- with the aim of delivering quality, stability and increased efficiency. /ph3What you do /h3ulliYou are the single point of contact for local business leads in all matters relating to the Tribe's third-party applications, with a primary focus on the finance core applications. /liliYou create transparency over all upcoming change initiatives within the portfolio, including alignment on funding. /liliYou steer the implementation of smaller change initiatives and align with Allianz group entities, Allianz Technology Local Branch, suppliers and local business leads. /liliYou monitor larger change initiatives and coordinate with project management and other stakeholders. /liliYou ensure an adequate target operating model and act as the first escalation point for business leads in the event of unresolved issues in the operation of third-party applications. /liliYou support the Tribe Lead in strategic portfolio management and actively contribute to increasing efficiency and reducing costs, in particular through the use of AI. /li /ulh3What you bring /h3ulliUniversity degree as well as several years of experience with IT applications and projects in the finance area, plus an affinity for AI tools. /liliSeveral years of experience in a corporate group environment as well as a pronounced ability for stakeholder management with a wide variety of counterparts, including executive level. /liliEntrepreneurial mindset as well as a strong customer and solution orientation. /liliHigh intellectual ability and motivation to familiarize yourself quickly with new topics. /liliVery good command of the German and English languages, both spoken and written. /liliSound SAP (S/4HANA) knowledge. /liliIn-depth professional knowledge in finance / accounting. /liliExperience and a personal network within the Allianz Group. /liliKnowledge of agile project methodologies (e.g. SAFe). /li /ulh3What
