As Team Leader Inbound, you're the go-to person when it comes to day-to-day operations. You make sure our products reach customers safely, on time, and without burning a hole in the budget. You lead with initiative, constantly look for ways to sharpen our logistics processes, and you play a key role in shaping and growing our new logistics team at the Neuenburg site.

What you move

Daily operations in our fully automated warehouse run smoothly under your watch, and when something needs doing, you're the first to jump in
Leading a team of 10 to 15 people means looking after both their professional growth and their well-being as individuals
Employee reviews are yours to run, and the team stays aligned through daily stand-ups plus weekly meetings on site
Growing your team's skills matters to you, and you take an active hand in bringing new colleagues on board
Safety and health protection (ASGS) is simply part of how you work, not an afterthought
Your logistics know-how and your team's input flow directly into projects aimed at making our processes better

What you will bring

No qualifications/further training required
Logistics/Supply chain
English (Very good knowledge)
French (Advantageous)
German (Advantageous)
Good communication skills in English (Level B2). If you're not at that level yet, you should be willing to improve your English. French or German is a welcome bonus
Extensive logistics expertise is part of your toolkit, whether it comes from years on the job or specialised training
Solid leadership experience rounds out the picture, ideally gathered in logistics or somewhere close to it
MS Office holds no surprises, and warehouse management systems are familiar territory
Resilience, humour, enthusiasm and a hands-on mentality carry you far in the daily back and forth
Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
Demonstrating the courage to take risks and act on convictions under uncertainty
