Flow Manager Inbound

pAs Flow Manager Inbound, you are the real-time link between the warehouse floor and the Control Center. You keep inbound material flows stable, transparent, and demand-driven by connecting people, systems, and quick operational decisions in our new high-tech fulfillment center. You will help shape our inbound operations from day one. /ph3What you move /h3ulliSteer inbound material flows in real time, from goods receipt through to putaway, to ensure stable throughput and reliable lead times /liliAlign daily inbound activities with demand, shift planning, staffing levels, workstation availability, WMS/WCS priorities, and system capacity /liliCoordinate the opening, allocation, and use of workstations on the warehouse floor according to operational priorities /liliAct as the first point of contact for process deviations, material jams, bottlenecks, and operational obstacles in inbound operations /liliCommunicate operational updates clearly to the stakeholders, escalating unresolved issues when required /liliIdentify recurring issues and drive continuous improvements to inbound processes together with the Control Center and operational teams /li /ulh3What you will bring /h3ulliLogistik /liliCompleted apprenticeship (EBA) /liliGerman (Good knowledge) /liliEnglish (Good knowledge) /liliCompleted vocational training in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, or comparable practical experience in warehouse operations; experience in an automated warehouse or distribution center is a strong plus /liliAble to read material-flow data, dashboards, and KPIs quickly to identify deviations, bottlenecks, and capacity risks /liliVery good communication skills to communicate clearly and confidently with shift leads, Control Center colleagues, technical support, and other stakeholders /liliGood communication skills in English (Level B2).
