- Perform laboratory work related to ligand binding assays (ELISA, ECLIA and related platforms)
- Execute sample analysis in compliance with GLP/GCP and internal quality standards
- Conduct assay development, optimization, validation, and routine sample analysis
- Prepare reagents, standards, controls, and biological samples
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and data records
- Support troubleshooting, method improvements, and laboratory investigations
- Collaborate closely with Study Directors, Scientists, and Quality Assurance personnel
- Contribute to maintaining Swiss BioQuant's high standards of scientific excellence and data quality What We Are Looking For Required
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ligand binding assays in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or academic environment
- Strong practical experience with ELISA and/or ECLIA technologies
- Experience working in a regulated laboratory environment
- Excellent laboratory organization and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset Preferred
- Experience with immunogenicity (ADA/NAb), PK, or biomarker assays
- Familiarity with GLP and/or GCP requirements
- Good command of English; German is an advantage
