About The Job
The
Maintenance & Minor Works Intern
will act as a key Business Partner within our
Central Europe Region (Switzerland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania). This role
offers a unique opportunity to directly assist and support our Maintenance & Facilities
Manager, contributing to the operational excellence of our 12 stores in the region.
Job responsibilities
Missions:
- Be the first point of contact for maintenance & facilities needs for the Region, thus including Store Team and Suppliers
- Follow-up on cleaning & coordinate relevant maintenance, both preventive and reactive
- Contribute to store renovation projects and refurbishment works for international events and roll-out worldwide projects
- Support during Store opening and closing
- Follow-up the maintenance, minor works and cleaning budgets envelops
- Collaborate with other Departments and HQ to contribute on projects development and to partner on issues resolution Main tasks:
- Coordinate surveys, interventions, and urgent works in stores
- Organize tenders to obtain quotations from suppliers
- Manage new furniture orders
- Supervise production, deliveries, and on-site installations
- Prepare impactful presentations Profile Candidate Profile: We are eager to speak with individuals who hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Project Management or Architecture. You are recognized for your autonomy, thoroughness, and strong organizational skills. Your strengths include excellent communication abilities, high reactivity, and a solution
- oriented mindset. Language
Skills:
Fluency in English and French is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus. Mobility: Availability to travel is required. Reference LVM32966
