Agricultural greenhouses are key toward a sustainable food supply, however they have significant energetic needs due to heating and artificial lightening. There is a push from governments, retailers and consumers to reduce carbon footprint of greenhouses. Voltiris enables double-use of large greenhouses surfaces to produce electricity without impacting their high agricultural yield. Voltiris introduces a solar panel design to generate electricity from the part of sunlight's spectrum that is unused for crop growth.

- 1day per week required at Lausanne office) Type: Full-time (100%) Start date: As soon as possible Travel: Around 50%, mainly across Switzerland, Germany & Austria Your mission Identifying, prospecting, and developing new customers and partnerships in the DACH high-tech greenhouse market Managing and developing commercial opportunities across DACH Leading the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and follow-up Understanding customer needs and proposing high-value technical solutions adapted to each project Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships Supporting market analysis and strategic business development initiatives Representing Voltiris at trade fairs, industry events, and customer visits Collaborating closely with technical, project, and marketing teams Supporting the future development of Voltiris' commercial presence and operations in DACH Profile we are looking for: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of technical solutions in horticulture/high-tech greenhouse sector or renewable energy University degree or equivalent required Strong interest in sustainability, innovation, energy transition, and horticulture Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a proven track record Autonomous, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset Comfortable working in a fast-moving and international startup environment Fully fluent in German and English, both spoken and written Swiss German is a strong plus Dutch, French, or Polish are a plus Willingness to travel frequently across DACH (around 50% of the time) Driving licence required
