Extensive expertise in injection molding design and plastic technologies, ideally with experience developing functional consumables for cost-optimized, high-volume production. Strong experience across all phases of mechanical development, with proven expertise in Design for Manufacturability (DFM). Demonstrated success working in multidisciplinary teams and managing external development partners and suppliers. Proficiency in CAD design, preferably SolidWorks integrated with SAP, and strong knowledge of ISO 8015 / Geometrical Product Specifications (GPS) for 2D drawings and 3D models. Strong analytical and systematic approach to product development, supported by solid engineering and physics fundamentals. Experience in the development of complex medical systems, including integration of pumps, valves, sensors, and temperature control elements in a regulated environment, is desirable. Comfortable working in a fully Agile, transparent, and collaborative environment. Professional proficiency in English is mandatory; German reading and listening skills are considered an advantage.
