The Animal Nutrition division is part of ADM’s global Nutrition business, alongside its Human Nutrition and Health & Wellness divisions. The Global Animal Nutrition Research team is located across three sites in North America, France, and Switzerland, focusing on the development of innovative, science-based products and technologies.
ADM’s Animal Nutrition Research & Development group is seeking for a Research Manager in Ruminant Nutrition. This position will be responsible for leading research project’s in ruminant nutrition.
The successful candidate will play a key role within the team and will lead development of innovative, science-based solution to differentiate ADM in the market by :

Research Manager – Ruminant Nutrition

Department: Research & Development, Animal Nutrition
The Animal Nutrition division is part of ADM’s global Nutrition business, alongside its Human Nutrition and Health & Wellness divisions. The Global Animal Nutrition Research team is located across three sites in North America, France, and Switzerland, focusing on the development of innovative, science-based products and technologies.
ADM’s Animal Nutrition Research & Development group is seeking for a Research Manager in Ruminant Nutrition. This position will be responsible for leading research project’s in ruminant nutrition.
The successful candidate will play a key role within the team and will lead development of innovative, science-based solution to differentiate ADM in the market by :
- Leading the exploration of new concepts, ideas and technologies to address customer needs
- Leveraging on ADM capabilities to lead a unique research program for ruminant applications
- Transforming ideas into ready to sell solution
Your Responsibilities
- Lead solution development projects from end to end, managing R&D activities and coordinating cross-functional project workstreams including Commercial, Regulatory, Production, and other relevant functions.
- Work with internal R&D facilities to conduct discovery activities and proof-of-concept studies, from in vitro to in vivo.
- Develop and maintain relationships with academic institutions and industry partners.
- Promote ADM Animal Nutrition through peer-reviewed scientific publications and presentations.
- Support the development of intellectual property.
- Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition, Ruminant Nutrition, Animal Sciences, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in the ruminant nutrition industry.
- Demonstrated ability to design, coordinate, and execute product development projects from end to end.
- Willingness to work closely with laboratory teams and R&D farms as needed.
- Ability to participate in and influence teams to drive alignment and successful delivery of objectives.
- Strong interest in customer interaction.
- Proven proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others in a global environment.
- Fluent in English.
