Key responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for the growth and adoption of Bota Systems cutting-edge robotic sensing systems worldwide, with a focus on high-growth market segments. Reporting to the CEO, you will use your experience and drive to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. You will be creating content to attract, capture, nurture and engage with customers through workshops, social media, conferences and online webinars. This role is contributing to the automation with robotics & AI business area worldwide.The ideal candidate should be able to relentlessly place qualified leads on top of our sales funnel using minimum to zero budget and use state-of-the-art CRM and marketing tools.You will be mainly accountable for:Driving the growth of the customer pipeline for the product portfolio within the established channels and partnersGrow and maintain the partner network of OEMs, Systems Integrators and DistributorsEstablishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and knowledge of Bota offeringsProviding customers with products/solutions/services in line with volume, mix, and profitability targetsContributing to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the leadership teamMonitoring customer and market trends in manufacturing industries and intralogistics to develop effective marketing activitiesTracking competitor activity and ensuring appropriate response strategiesCreating the necessary content and communication plan for current, new and upcoming productsLiving Bota's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for colleagues and the businessYou will join a collaborative, very motivated and highly result-driven team, where you will be able to make a visible impact on the future of robotics and thrive in an international environment.Qualifications for the roleCompleted studies in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a similar degree. Engineering background is a must.Several years of sales experience in robotics or industrial automation, preferably in high-tech manufacturing and healthcareProficiency in managing key accounts; experience with Hubspot is an advantageStrong ability to work in international, culturally diverse teams with a collaborative and solution-focused approachHigh level of self-initiative and ability to work independentlyCustomer-focused, structured, and action-oriented mindset with strong communication skillsWillingness to travel up to 40%, mainly within the DACH region and USA, balancing onsite and online collaboration with customersStrong communication skills in English and German, both written and spokenBenefitsCompetitive salary schemeEmployee Share Acquisition PlanWork within a team that is at the forefront of Robotics and AIInterested in joining our team?
