This is an exciting opportunity to take a holistic view of development processes, drive improvements and provide expert guidance across the full development lifecycle.Your RoleWrite and improve shell scripts to optimize CI/CD processesEnable application deployments by checking and creating OpenShift scriptsMaintain development tools (build tools, IDEs, containers, etc.)Support developers throughout the development cycle, ensuring best practices and documentation standardsTune and engineer tools such as Logs, ETL, API Management, and NoSQL databasesAnalyze and optimize application sizingConduct root cause analysis to resolve complex issuesYour ProfileUniversity degree or equivalent qualification in IT or a completed technical apprenticeshipMinimum of 3 years' hands-on experience as a DevSecOps EngineerPractical experience with at least one CI/CD tool (ideally Azure DevOps) and Kubernetes (preferably OpenShift), containerization, and shell scriptingDevelopment experience (Microsoft .NET is a plus) and knowledge of at least one of the following: Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, or any API Management toolStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess system environments from a holistic perspectiveHands-on mentality and proactive approachFluency in English (written and spoken)This position is based in Basel and requires full on-site presence, five days a week.If you are passionate about DevSecOps and eager to contribute to a dynamic banking technology environment, we would love to hear from you.
