IntroductionUnilabs is the largest provider of medical laboratory diagnostics for prescribers and hospitals in Switzerland and employs around 800 people.Your TasksWe are looking for a motivated Operations Junior to support and drive operational excellence across our radiology institutes. Based in Zug but readiness to travel all across Switzerland, this role will contribute to project execution, process optimization, and productivity improvement initiatives, ensuring high standards of efficiency and quality in clinical operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation and monitoring of operational projects across multiple radiology centers.Assist in analyzing workflows and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, resource allocation, and patient throughput.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, technical, and administrative) to implement process improvements.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports and insights.Coordinate and document project milestones, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.Support change management and training activities to ensure adoption of new processes.Your ProfileBachelor'sdegree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Engineering,or a related field.1–3years of experience in operations, project coordination, or processimprovement, ideally within the healthcare or radiology sector.Stronganalytical and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiplepriorities.Excellentcommunication skills in English; German or French is anasset.Proficientwith MS Office, project management, and data visualization tools.Proactivemindset with a strong interest in healthcare operations and efficiencyimprovement.We OfferAn exciting and dynamic work environment with a lot of internationalityTaking responsibility and unfolding your potentialA positive working atmosphere with a partnership and appreciative corporate cultureAttractive fringe benefits as well as a 40-hour week and 5-weeks vacationAnnual fee for your personal analyses and special prices for radiological advice from the Unilabs GroupContact detailsSend this ad to a friend
