This role combines strategic marketing thinking with hands-on execution, working directly with our engineering team to translate breakthrough technical capabilities into compelling stories that resonate with developers and engineering leaders worldwide.What you'll doDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy that resonates with developer and enterprise audiencesCreate compelling technical content that educates developers about infrastructure performance and best practicesBuild authentic relationships within the developer community through forums, events, and social engagementLead our presence at conferences and developer events, establishing Namespace as a thought leader in developer infrastructureDesign marketing campaigns that drive meaningful engagement rather than just lead volumePartner closely with engineering and product teams to translate complex technical capabilities into clear value propositionsOwn brand positioning that differentiates us in the crowded developer tools spaceUse data and developer feedback to continuously optimize our marketing approach and messagingWhat we are looking for5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on technical products, developer tools, or B2B infrastructureExceptional technical writing ability—you can make complex infrastructure concepts accessible and compellingProven track record in developer marketing, with authentic community engagement and technical content creationDeep understanding of developer workflows, build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure pain pointsExperience with marketing tools and analytics, but more importantly, the judgment to focus on metrics that matterConference and event marketing experience, comfortable speaking to technical audiencesStrong project management and collaboration skills—you thrive in fast-paced, technical environmentsGenuine passion for developer experience and infrastructure performanceYou can expect:Competitive salary and stock optionsFlexible working hoursMarket-leading parental leaveLife at Namespace Labs:We pride ourselves in being a small team of experts that can achieve a lot.We balance our long-term vision with short-term pragmatism.We believe in being fully transparent internally on how decisions are made, on how the company is doing, and we use that information to drive our decisions.
