Marketing Lead

As Verity's Marketing Lead, you will have the unique opportunity to oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy and to develop and manage the marketing team at a fast-growing technology company that is leading the way in autonomous inventory management and supply chain solutions. Experience in B2B marketing in a technology environment is a must, and a background in supply chain technologies is ideal.

**What you'll do**
- Be responsible for the execution of Verity's marketing strategy, including
- Lead-generation events (tradeshows, conferences)
- Media planning and outreach (PR, paid advertising, etc.)
- Digital branding and marketing (website design and optimization, social media and paid ad campaigns)
- Marketing content creation (sales collateral, web content)
- Messaging and employer branding
- Support business development activities to drive new client acquisition in Europe and the US (webinars, speaking opportunities, awards submissions, etc.)
- Work closely with Verity's commercial team to support ongoing sales efforts, including ensuring efficient lead handoff from marketing to sales (via Salesforce) and developing account-specific materials as required
- Engage with the Commercial and Client Success teams to drive creation of client testimonials, expand sales at existing clients, and support effective co-marketing opportunities
- Develop consistent positioning and messaging that effectively differentiates Verity's solutions in the market
- Build best-in-class approaches to marketing automation
- Foster strong relationships with clients, prospects, investors, influencers, academics, and analysts
- Support cross-functional teams, including product, people & culture, client success, documentation, legal, and more

**What you bring**
- 5+ years of related experience
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing and marketing automation
- Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across organizational boundaries
- Excellent communication and story-telling skills, with an eye for visuals and design
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed; some international travel may be required
- Experience in tech or startups preferred; familiarity with industrial automation or supply chain/logistics a plus
