Ideally you'll be from an estate agency background, with a proactive and self motivated attitude along with a real desire to succeed. In return you'll be rewarded with a fantastic benefits package including share options along with an uncapped commission structure allowing you to maximise your earning potential on a day to day basis.As a key member of the team you'll be...Conducting online demos of software to potential clients that are based in estate agencies up and down the UKNurturing excellent client relationships, conducting follow up calls, managing large pipelines of prospectsUsing your industry knowledge to identify, scope out and prioritise any issues or feature requests communicated by clientsWorking collaboratively with our marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales and onboarding strategy when new features are introducedHelp shape the future of our mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skillsBe an expert/brand ambassador for our product to ensure a solution led approach to salesWho we're looking for...You'll have at least 1 year of estate agency or PropTech industry experienceYou can demonstrate a depth of knowledge across both sales and lettingsYou would be happy presenting new technology to potential clientsYou have strong stakeholder management skillSelf-starter who can take initiative when neededYou're curious and conscientious, you'll make it your business to know everything about our product, and have the communication skills to share that knowledge in a way that inspiresA self-motivated and proactive attitude towards working to targets with a tenacious nature and a strong desire to succeedResearch has shown that women tend to rule themselves out of applying for jobs unless they meet 100% of the requirements.
