We are looking for a passionate and talented Product Manager to lead the growth team and help Gowago reach the next level.TasksAbout you and the roleWe're looking for someone who is energised by tough challenges, relentlessly hands-on, and ready to throw themselves into the work. You'll dig into the numbers, validate hypotheses, drive research, and push initiatives over the finish line. Your mission is to identify, build, and continuously improve the engines that drive acquisition for Gowago.As a Product Manager, you'll lead customer-acquisition end-to-end: uncovering user and market problems, shaping the product strategy, and driving execution to significantly grow sales while maintaining or improving ROI. This role demands real entrepreneurial drive and simple optimisation won't cut it. To succeed, you'll need to blend data, unconventional thinking, and rapid experimentation to unlock meaningful growth.ResponsibilitiesLead gowago's growth strategy and execution, working closely with marketing, sales, UX, and tech to accelerate customer acquisition by delivering high value products that drive the business forward.Lead a product team of UX designer, Frontend and Backend engineers. Grooming, planning, daily syncs, reviews, stakeholder check-ins, etc. Ensuring UX, frontend, and backend stay aligned, unblocked, and focused on delivering meaningful outcomes.Lead a cross-functional Growth business unit focused on customer acquisition: set the strategic direction, define the roadmap, coordinate with marketing and lead product initiatives, run fast experimentation cycles, and own the business outcomes that drive gowago's growth.Take informed product decisions with quantitative and qualitative insights. You'll ensure we're capturing the right data (both quantitative and qualitative), measuring, reporting effectively, sharing learnings and creating plans to act on them. Your work will help the entire business make better, data driven decisions.Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses in order to identify business opportunities and improve the product-market fit of Gowago.Manage and improve our existing B2C and B2B products and services, ensuring they remain competitive, high-performing, and strengthen our position with partners.RequirementsThe Must-HavesAt least 4 years of experience as Product Manager, Growth Manager, or in a similar role in the digital space.Experience leading a team of UX, Frontend and Backend engineers.Analytical and conceptual skills as well as an entrepreneurial mindsetStrong project management skills as well as a a hands-on attitudeIndependent person who can work with little direction, and proactively seeks solutions.Full proficiency in English & German or FrenchEcommerce, automotive or marketplace experienceThe Nice-to-HavesProduct Marketing, Performance marketing, SEO, Affiliate, etcGowago believes in rewarding success and working with outstanding people.
