We are looking for a passionate and talented Product Manager to help us improve and grow gowago.

About You

As a Product Manager, you will scale and grow our B2C channel to reach our business goals by identifying customer needs and problems. You work at the intersection of our UX, Tech, Marketing and Business ensuring our B2C channel is set for success.

Tasks

**Responsibilities**:

- Scale our B2C channel (and potentially B2B): you work closely with marketing, UX and Tech teams to acquire customers as efficiently as possible, onboard them effectively, deliver value to them consistently and get them sticking with us during their whole car search.
- You love data, you take informed product decisions with quantitative and qualitative insights. You’ll ensure we’re capturing the right data (both quantitative and qualitative), measuring, reporting effectively, democratizing learnings and creating plans to act on them — your work will help the entire business make better, data-informed decisions.
- Set product strategy, prioritize problems and build a roadmap that inspires our teams and delivers an incredible amount of value to our customers, our users, and our business.
- Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses in order to identify business opportunities and improve the product-market fit of gowago.
- Build-measure-learn features to increase user engagement, retention, and conversion rates.

**Requirements**:
The Must-Haves
- At least 2 years of experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role in the digital space.
- Analytical and conceptual skills as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong project management skills as well as a a hands-on attitude
- Independent person who can work with little direction, and proactively seeks solutions.
- Full proficiency in English & German or French

The Nice-to-Haves
- Ecommerce, automotive or marketplace experience
