Join us as a :Technical Project ManagerThis is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with talented people from diverse backgrounds and see the real impact of your work come to life.Job Description :Accountable for management of projects under responsibility of Technical / Nyon plant, managing cross-functional teams to deliver assigned projects, meeting timeline, cost, and quality standards as determined and agreed in the project scope.The position holder is responsible for managing the project starting from the approval of the business case or the STP until completion of all project deliverables.Mainly, the concerned projects types are New Product Introduction, Product Innovation, value Engineering, Product transfers in Haleon Group and at CMOs.Key Responsibilities :Contribute to business case development by assessing resource needs and financial estimates.Build and align a project team of SMEs (Technical, Analytical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, R&D, Engineering) with the project sponsor and line managers, fostering collaboration and shared expertise.Develop and validate project charters or SIA, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, budget, and key milestones.Plan and coordinate activities, integrating local market timelines and managing cross-functional resources.Control scope, time, and cost, ensuring short- and long-term objectives are met.Track and report progress against scope, time, and cost targets.Manage risks and issues, escalating unresolved matters to function leads and stakeholders.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, creating a positive environment for project success.Build strong relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate ownership and accountability for results.Prepare handover at project delivery, compare actual resource and financial consumption to budget, and lead lessons learned sessions.Drive continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned with other teams.Collaborate with Global Technical and Global NPI, leveraging best practices and expertise.Ensure compliance with EHS, GxP standards, and other regulatory requirements throughout project management.Knowledge/ Education / Experience Required :Master Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or any related fieldsA minimum of 10 years experience in Project Management in the pharmaceutical industry or OTC industryProven track record of successfully managing projects of varying types and complexity.Ability to analyze and simplify complex, interdependent issues and to identify clear solutions.Strong understanding of key business processes and functions within a global, multicultural healthcare organization.Understanding of the key business processes and functions within a transnational and multi-cultural healthcare companyKnowledge of GMP and EHS requirements, SAPStrong communication and analysis skillsFluency in French and English mandatoryIf this role feels like the right fit for you, we'd love to hear from you Don't hesitate to apply — we review applications carefully and aim to respond as quickly as possible.
