Treasury Manager

As Treasury Manager you will be responsible for cash and liquidity management, financial risk management, working capital and trade finance solutions, policy governance, process enhancements and systems development. Reporting to the Group Treasurer you will support the company’s strategic financial objectives by ensuring optimal treasury operations and controls.

**Responsibilities**
- **Cash and Investment management **- Manage cash, prepare forecasts and support investment allocation strategies
- **Risk management **- Support the company’s hedging strategies by structuring trades to hedge FX and interest rate risks
- **Trade Finance and Funding **- Arrange intercompany lending and drive working capital optimization initiatives
- **Bank relationship management **- Maintain strong working relationships with banking partners.
- **Controls and Compliance **- Enforce and enhance the existing policy and controls framework governing treasury activities
- **Systems and Connectivity **- Implement system enhancements and promote internal and external connectivity
- **Business partnership - **Partner with multiple cross-functional teams to implement functional and company-wide initiatives

**you must have**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
- Team management experience
- Proven track record in treasury
- Experience or wiliness to manage a team
- Knowledge of international financial markets and risks
- Project management experience
