Make a meaningful difference to patients around the world. Our project management teams support many parts of Edwards, including Engineering, HR, Marketing, IT, and more. You’ll be a trusted thought leader as you ensure our projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Your strategic mindset and fresh perspectives will be an essential part of how we bring innovative solutions for patients.

In this role you will lead end-to-end project management within the TMTT business unit, driving strategic initiatives from planning through execution. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment. It is a temporary mission of 12 months, with the preferred location being Nyon.

**How you will make an impact**:

- Lead and contribute to the completion of large-scale cross-functional strategic projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures and estimated resources needed
- Initiate, plan, execute, control, and manage all aspects of project(s) to ensure ultimate project success
- Identify risks and developing risk mitigation strategies
- Support development of communications relevant to initiatives

**What will you need (required)**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5 Year s of hands on experience managing mid-to-large scale projects

**What else we look for (preferred)**:

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task
- Strong documentation and communication skills; English is a must, other languages will be considered a plus.
- Ability to proactively escalate issues and recommend options to appropriate levels of management in the organization
- Ability to engage stakeholders and resources
- Strong understanding and work experience with project management
- Ability to manage vendors and project stakeholders
- Experience working in commercial, strategic and transformational projects
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements
