We've built something that feels almost magical in its simplicity: change your runs-on line, mount your toolchain cache directory and suddenly your builds are 5x faster.About the roleAs our Talent and People Lead, you're the cornerstone of building and maintaining a great team. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working directly with our executive team to find the best talent in the market and successfully onboard them to Namespace.What you'll doOwn and drive end-to-end hiring across the company, from role definition and sourcing strategy to offer and close Manage hiring pipeline for technical hires (mostly software engineers) in US, Europe and potential relocationsPartner closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs and translate business goals into scalable hiring plansDesign and continuously improve hiring processes that are fast, fair, and candidate-centricUse data and hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve time-to-hire, and raise hiring qualityOwn employer branding initiatives and ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every touchpointBuild foundational people processes that support a growing team, including onboarding, feedback cycles, and manager enablementSupport performance and growth conversations by helping managers set expectations and develop their teamsHelp shape company culture by reinforcing values, supporting engagement initiatives, and acting as a sounding board for people-related topicsOwn and improve core people and talent tools (onboarding workflows, documentation)Ensure people practices are consistent, practical, and compliant, without adding unnecessary bureaucracyEnsure compliance with hiring regulationsYou can expect:Competitive salary and stock optionsFlexible working hoursMarket-leading parental leaveLife at Namespace Labs:We pride ourselves in being a small team of experts that can achieve a lot.We balance our long-term vision with short-term pragmatism.We believe in being fully transparent internally on how decisions are made, on how the company is doing, and we use that information to drive our decisions.
