Job DescriptionWe are opening an internship position in our Talent Acquisition team in Geneva.You will be help recruiting IT profiles across the European region and in close collaboration with Business and internal clients. You will join a global community of more than 20 in-house recruiters, united and passionate about their profession. Your main responsibilities? You will support team throughout the recruitment process.Learn and support sourcing strategies: assist in identifying candidates through various channels and explore innovative ways to attract talentParticipate in direct approaches: help with outreach and candidate engagement under the guidance of experienced recruitersAssist in interviews: observe and contribute to HR evaluation interviews to understand best practicesSupport pre-boarding activities: help ensure candidates have a smooth experience before their first dayCollaborate with the team: join weekly recruitment meetings and learn how decisions are madeAdministrative support: help with contract drafting and reporting activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Learn compliance basicsQualificationsWhat do you bring?
