In this role, you'll identify and engage top-tier tech talent — both active and passive — while collaborating with internal stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, Business and HR.Your role will focus on Canton Ticino, but your language skills will help you support recruitment across Switzerland, the DACH region and internationally.What You'll DoCollaborate with team leaders to analyse recruitment needs and define research strategyFind and engage high-calibre active and passive tech talents using creative sourcing techniques Coordinate with internal stakeholder to handle the end-to-end recruitment processCreate compelling job ads, screen CVs, and conduct interviewsDeliver an outstanding candidate experienceMaintain a strategic talent pipeline and clear reportingPrepare and review candidate dossiersStay up to date on tech trends and productsWhat You Bring3+ years in Talent Acquisition, ideally within IT ConsultingExperience in Tech Recruitment: attracting, selecting and interviewing highly-skilled profilesStrong active sourcing capabilities and tools proficiency (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, etc.) Fluent in Italian, German and, EnglishFamiliarity with ATS platforms and the Microsoft Office suiteAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility and eagerness to work across languages and culturesKnowledge of Swiss labour law is a plusLocation RequirementPlease note that a fully remote work policy is not offered for this roleCandidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino (Switzerland) or Italian Border Towns (such as Como, Varese etc.)Work-from-home days may be possible according to Fincons policy Ready for the next challenge?
