We have raised significant funding and our platform already operates at scale, with billions of events being processed and hundreds of millions of predictions served.The RoleThis is a hands-on operator role at the heart of our commercial engine. You own the accuracy, flow, and execution of everything from inbound leads to signed contracts and invoice. You run the commercial machine day to day, and your impact is directly visible in revenue velocity and forecast reliability. More specifically you will:Optimize and manage our CRM, ensuring pipeline accuracy and acting as the single source of truth for all commercial dataImprove workflows where they save real time and implement simple automation to reduce manual work and errorsDrive impactful deal reviews with clear visibility on status, risks, and next stepsQualify inbound leads, run first discovery calls and initial demos, and route qualified opportunities to relevant sales, product, or finance ownerOversee invoicing, payment follow-up, scheduling, and contract administration to ensure deal progression.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field5+ years experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Commercial OperationsHighly structured, detail-oriented, and reliable in executionCRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and commitment to data hygiene.Proven ownership of pipeline accuracy and deal administrationUnderstanding of GTM data architecture, including funnel metrics, lead tracking, attribution, and data governance.Strong communication and presentation skills in English.A proactive, hands-on mindset and ability to take ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsFull remote across EuropeFlexible schedule with high autonomy and trustDirect ownership of critical revenue operations in a company operating at scaleHigh learning curve with real responsibility on a category-defining AI platform
