The Contract Manager will play a key role in ensuring efficient, risk-aware, and business-focused legal operations across the company's global affiliates. Fluency in English and German is essential for this position.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDraft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, terms and conditions, procurement, consultancy, co-marketing, beta testing, and key opinion leader agreements.Provide general legal and contractual support to internal stakeholders.Prepare and deliver training sessions on relevant legal and compliance topicsYOUR PROFILEBachelor's degree in law (or equivalent legal qualification).Prior experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in both English and German.Familiarity with international agreements and cross-border legal considerations.Full professional fluency in English and German (written and spoken).HOW TO APPLYPlease submit your application via our Careers portal, including a resume.
