The role involves managing corporate filings and documentation for board and shareholder meetings across multiple jurisdictions. The candidate will also review and update internal legal protocols to ensure compliance with current regulatory requirements. Proficiency in English and German is essential for this role.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIndependently handle corporate filings and documentation for board and shareholder meetings across multiple jurisdictionsMaintain governance records and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulationsProvide routine legal support to both central and affiliate officesCompile materials and summaries for board and audit reporting cyclesAssist in board governance, including minute-taking and preparation of presentation documentsReview and revise internal legal protocols and procedures to reflect current regulatory requirementsYOUR PROFILEFormal paralegal qualification or completed legal studies5–7 years of relevant experience within a corporate legal department, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sectorFluent in both English and German, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languagesIndependent, well-organized, and proactive, with a collaborative approach to team dynamicsHOW TO APPLYPlease submit your application via our Careers portal, including a resume.
