Don't miss the opportunity to join us and work with different teams in an agile and diverse context.A Day in the Life of a Customer Service SpecialistEnsure sustainable Customer Service Operations with a best-in-class service level for the customers portfolioCreate and transmit Sales and Purchase orders to production sites, ensuring timely confirmationCollaborate with Producing Markets to ensure on time dispatch of goods with accurate export documentationEnsure flawless execution of automated transactions in SAP by monitoring, analysing and fixing Idocs failures (IVC flows)Turn problems into opportunities for continuous improvement by taking the lead on projects/initiative.Strive for excellence by challenging status quo in the operational reviews and by proposing corrective actions to fix failuresDrive the Perfect Order Cycle Approach to minimize all waste and complexities in the O2C flowPerform Customer Service compliance activitiesParticipate and contribute to operational reviews with respective business functionsWhat will make you successfulProven first experience in International Customer Service or extensive knowledge and experience in following areas: Incoterms, Export & Shipping documents, Letter of Credit, Foreign Trade & Customs, Physical Logistics, Demand or Supply PlanningKnowledge of Project management in a Customer Service related areaEntrepreneurial mindsetOpenness to dialogue & understanding of various culturesAbility to proactively manage challenging situations and identify solutions to potential issuesClear passion for creativity and out of the box thinkingProficiency on SAPFluent in English (written & spoken)Nestlé is committed to the accessibility of its recruitment process.
