Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced professional to assist the relationship management team to promote Private Markets.Key Responsibilities:Support client relationship managers with distribution projects for open-ended and closed-ended funds, and assist with daily tasks.Create high-quality, tailored marketing materials and client responses, addressing inquiries and providing performance updates.Serve as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with teams.Develop strategies to boost client and prospect engagement, tracking performance metrics for the sales team.Assist the private wealth team heads with strategic projects and governance.Deepen knowledge of private markets, platform, products, and investment strategies.Enhance professional expertise to improve workflows.Your Profile:Strong understanding of the financial services industry, with experience in communication or marketing preferred.University degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.Background in consulting, sales, process management, or investment banking is ideal.Skilled in design and visual communication.Proficient in English (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus.Attention to detail and strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
