Are you passionate about the financial world? For our Private Clients Division covering Swiss domestic clients, we are looking for a highly motivated and engaged Senior Relationship Manager.What would your role be?Develop your own client network in the region Switzerland.Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects by providing recommendations that encompass multiple products and services.Develop in-depth understanding of client's needs, preferences and overall wealth and be responsive to the changes in the business environment or clients' needs.Effectively manage a book of clients and act as a relationship lead accountable for the clients' experience.Leverage specialists, service officers and other expert resources to ensure the integrated delivery of investment fiduciary, credit, and banking solutions.Build relationships with internal and external sales referral partners and identify new business development opportunities.What are we looking for?At least 20 years' experience in a similar position within the banking industry.A proven track record of long-term success as a Relationship Manager, consistently exceeding client expectationsBeing able to build strong relationships an attract new clients for the Swiss marketA client-focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills.A team player who can work under pressure.Highly motivated and with an entrepreneurial spirit.Fluency in (Swiss-)German and English and effective communication skills.What do we offer?Top Zurich location with collaboration spaces (including rooftop terraces) and free lunch.Friendly, diverse team in an open-office space with dancing walls.All the latest technology to help you excel and advance.Agile environment in how we think, the way we work and our trust for each other.Flat hierarchy with collaboration on all levels.Campus feeling and collaborative spirit.We are looking for talented people, not just a CV that ticks all the boxes.
